Once you have gathered your personal, or business documents you can transport them to TSR’s location in bags, boxes, or totes.
TSR is conveniently located in Baton Rouge, LA off of Jefferson Hwy at Tigerbend split. TSR is open Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
One of our friendly TSR staff will greet you at the door and help unload your bags, boxes or totes.
Once your documents have been unloaded, you can choose to watch your documents being shredded from the comfort of our lobby. Our lobby is equipped with a large viewing monitor which gives you a complete 360 degree view of the shredding process. Here you can watch as one of our shred technicians destroys your documents.
Your documents will be brought into our secure warehouse and destroyed by one of our NAID certified, shred technicians while you watch. Your documents will be completely destroyed in a matter of minutes from the time you arrive.
Once your documents have been securely destroyed, one of TSR’s staff members will present you with a Document of Destruction (DOD), for your records, before you leave.
TSR recognizes the need to take the destruction process a step further by ”Geauxing Green”. After documents have been destroyed, they are baled and loaded onto a secured truck. They are then sent to the recycling mill to be pulped-down and made into recycled paper products such as hand towels, tissue paper, and cups. We send 100% of all destroyed paper to a recycling mill. Last year, TSR recycled over 5 million pounds of paper.
